Good Morning Friends

Just wanted to wish everyone a great sunday and hope you all have a great week ahead.

Just got home from the gym and still in shock here, i am NOW 96LBS down from surgery , holly crap... I knew i would lose the weight but i am at 10 weeks out, never in my mind did i think this would happen like this.  I am looking at myself in the mirror and keep thinking who the hell is that guy......


Anyone going to the OH event in LA?

Congratulations on the surgery next week.... Its the best thing in the world.  Well i know i was not saying that the frist 10 days after surgery, I had lot of pain due to an open RNY. But on the 11th day it was like nothing had happeneed and that is when i started walking at the gym.. Ten weeks later i am at 2.5 miles a day even before i hit the weights... Good luck buddy and if you need anything or just someone to talk to please send me a message on here or pm too..

I know what you mean Scott.  I'm 16 weeks out and I'm just amazed so far at the transformation.  I still have a long way to go since I came from a really high weight but it's just amazing now that I CAN'T think I'm the biggest person in the world anymore.  I go on profile pages now and say...OMG I weigh less than that guy!!!  It's really an eye-opener!
