How are you all?

I just thought i would drop by and see how everyone is doing...seems it has been forever since i was here....Hope youre all doing well....Any big plans for the holiday weekend?

I will be 3 years out in Dec. i lost 230 lbs..and have kept almost all of it off...im still hoping to get plastics eventually...would love to hear from you guys to see how you are...also i chat on yahoo if any of you wanna chat..

Hi Randy!  nice to see you :)  I'm doing just fine.  I'm almost 4 months out and have lost almost 150 so far with 140 to go!

As for the weekend, I actually have to work on monday but they are giving me an extra day off to compensate for it so I'll have two days i can take off whenever i want  WOOHOO!!!!  so I'm pretty much *in* all weekend :)

Good to see ya.. i know you dont know me.. but i'm David.. i'm 7 months Post Op.. down 112 lbs.... 9 lbs away from my first goal of 245 lbs.. and i have another 35 until i'm happy with where i want to be.. / Stay.. hope to hear from you more..
