i really appreciate the time everyone took to respond to my last thread. y'all are so great to listen to my whining and not knock me upside the head for it, lol! i know it gets irritating and i apologize.

anyway, yeah... that's it. it's over. for sure. i'm trying to figure out how to untangle myself from her as we speak. we just finished moving (or rather, *I* just finished moving!) and have to unpack stuff and figure out what's hers and what's mine (it's mostly mine though so this shouldn't be too hard.) plus we have to figure out the finances and hopefully that'll be that.

I'm glad to hear that you have a decision now.  Living in that kind of limbo sucks.  Now you can make some choices for you and your daughter and actually plan stuff. 

I know you're hurting and I wish there was something I could do to ease your pain.  You're in my thoughts and I hope that one day soon your heart will heal.

Amanda, it is time to take care of you and your little mini-me.

I know this isn't easy for you, but once you have moved on, you will be glad that you did.
