One year goal met!

I went in for my gall bladder check up and I was weighed at 214. At home and naked I was 211. STOP THINKING ABOUT IT!!! I look like a shar pei. LOL

Anyway, my surgeon told me I was doing really good since I had met the one year goal. I know before surgery he told me the 70% excess weight loss would bring me to 211. I am soooooo excited.

What an image! I like it! Since I'm from New England, I'm more of a "craisin"! I've still got about 60 pounds to reach a normal BMI (whether I get there is another matter), but at least I'm still viewing my ever-increasing "raisin" appearance as a measure of my continual progress!

Can you imagine what I'll look like when I get to "normal BMI"? heck I'm just now on the threshold from being Super Obese to just Obese LOL You'll be aable to find my chest around my ankles somewhere and my ass will be dragging on the floor LOL

You'll need to put your chesticles in a "man-sier" or a "bro".

Some men on the Men's Forum swear by sports compression garments, though I suspect I'd look like the Michelin Man once I squeezed into one of them!
