Well I thought I would post and update, my surgery was on 4-21-08 I have lost 70 LBS since surgery and a total of 140 since december. I feel wounderful and love the new life. I added a New pic to my profile, but i cant figure out how to change the default pic help please.

To change your avatar, you will have to go to another forum I think because there (like your local forum) there is a link to the left called USER SETTINGS. click that and you should be able to upload a new avatar. Remember the picture can only be 100x100 pixels.
