YEAH! I just got home from my pre op class and final weigh in before surgery on the 18th. I needed to be at 389 and I weighed in at 386! 23 lbs down from 409. I am so pumped! Just wanted to report that!

WOO HOO!!! Congrats! Just don't do what I did and gain some back. I was 2 pounds heavier than I was on the day of surgery.

OMG, I can't tell you how thrilled I am! You should have seen me do a happy dance in front of the scale. I am sure I looked so stupid, but oh well, it was my moment. I am looking forward to many more!
