Sick again

Yup, got another stricture. And if that wasn't enough I thought I was going to die last Friday. I ended up in the E.R. from pain. Had a CT scan done. Guess what! I got gall bladder problems. Drug my happy @$$ to the hospital for an ultrasound today and got the good news. I have gall stones. Got in to see the surgeon right after that. I am going to see the doc who is going to scope me on Friday then after that we are going to schedule surgery for the gall bladder. Let you know more when I know more.

Oh My Goodness.. That surgery is the best thing EVER! I had terrible gall bladder disease after my son and I went in had it out and felt like a new woman. But I'm shocked they didn't find it when you had the RNY... Or what I mean to say, Kaiser does an ultra sound of yoru gall bladder to see if there are any stones or disease and they take it out when you have your RNY. Did your doc check it then?

Yup, had an ultrasoud before hand but this developed after the fact. It can happen with the rapid weight loss. I was on actigal but I guess it didn't work enough for mine.
