we are not alone

hello my gay family... you know we all get support from one area or another...but there are others out there.. I had a meeting today...with a gay brother of ours....he has only been to one support group for the past 2 years...and he does not got on the computer WLS boards... he is rocking it out alone...he has lost over 200# and just had PS...LBL... and he did it with a BAND.... Rock on my brother....!!!

This is not what I was expecting when I saw this and that it was from Russ. I honestly didn't know what to expect but nothing this tame.
