My WOW for the weekend!!!!

i went to the big and tall store today to get a new pair of jeans that actually fit. Well the last time I was there I got a couple pairs of dress pants and they were size 58 and they were snug. so i thought i would try on a pair of size 58 jeans. well, I was swimming in them!!!!!! so I asked to try on a pair of 56's and while I was trying those on, one of the store guys came over and threw over a pair of LEVI'S that was on sale for $5.00 (it had a teeny tiny scratch on the back pocket...it's barely noticeable). The catch was that they were 54's!!!!!! You know what.....not only did the 56's fit, the LEVI'S size 54 FIT TOO!!!!!!! so i got two pairs of jeans for less than one pair of Levi's! I couldn't believe it!!!!! that means to me that I've lost 16" off my waist! either that or the jeans are made bigger.

Thanks Ann! I'm almost at my 120 pound mark and I wore the jeans to work today! Got TONS of looks.....mostly by women LOL

For that price even if they didn't fit BUY THEM! LOL Some advice... don't go buy crazy. I just bought a pair of shorts 2 weeks ago and they are big already. I even bought them snug and now I am pulling them up. Glad I got them at Wally World (Wal-Mart) so they were like 15 bucks. Guess, I'll have to go get a belt now. ***sigh*** the things we complain about now after surgery.

LOL Kathy I hear ya on that. I'm hanging onto my clothes for as long as I can. I still wear my size 70's!!! LOL They're all bunched up in the back! LOL but I have a couple pairs of dress pants in the size 58 range that I'M hoping will carry me through to the next milestone which will be a size 40 or 42. Same goes for the jeans. I don't mind a little bunching......at least that means they would be comfortable

LOL I planned on wearing clothes until they fell off me until a co-worker pulled me aside and told me how bad I looked in them. Then I switched to sweats. They are cheap and I can wear them at work. My sister gave me old clothes of hers so I now have jeans.
