So the clock starts NOW!

Ok, so my D.O. is Dr Cindy Ting, associated with St John's here in Tulsa. I just went by the office to drop off my forms for the 90 day physician approval for the diet and they can fit me in TODAY! So here starts my 90 days! I don't really like her as a doctor, but I might as well stick this out with her as long as I need her to document the diet. She's not got the best manner. I think maybe I just caught her on an off day or something. I'm going to Weigh****chers later, after the appointment, to get all enrolled and see what it's all about. My sister says it works for her. We'll see, at least it will be a head start. Maybe I can loose some and not yo-yo before surgery... lol I'm excited! WHEEEeeeeeeeeeeee! I just hope she's an advocate of WLS.

Hey, Jat! Congrats on the first step. Do you know if your insurance requires you to see your doc monthly for weigh-ins and diet evaluation? If so, don't let more than 30 days go between visits. Good luck!!! Sharyn nurse2b

Yup, that's what I told them, so they went ahead and set up my appointments for the whole period of time! I go at 4:30 today for the first one. I had an atypical pap last time, so I had to go back in July anyway for that.. 2 birds, 1 stone! lol Thanks

YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish my damn doctors would call me and fit me in! Hope your 90 days go fast!!

Hi Jat! You must be SO excited! I can almost feel the glee for you! 90 days is gonna go by so FAST for you. Oh my God, just a few months from now, we'll all be wondering where the time went! WAY TO GO!!! Let the party begin!

true that! Me drippin' with glee! Can't believe I just did that today. Made all my 90-day appointments with Ting, went by the YWCA and checked out the times/dates for water aerobics and had my last steak dinner.. maybe one more before the surgery! LOL Thanks!

How exciting Jat! My cousin goes to WW and she has done good with it. Good luck and the 90 days will be done before you know it.
