QOTD 5/12
Good morning everyone!
Todays question:
What changes have you noticed in your body since surgery, not health related.
I notice:
I get cold very easily
I have bones....hip bones, collar bones, ankle bones...etc.
I can lose inches when I'm not losing pounds
My hair is getting thicker
What have you noticed?
Rachelle
Ditto on everything. Boyfriend was holding me and he said, "I can feel your ribs." I whispered a declaration of victory.
My feet are getting crazy small. I can wear 8.5s in some shoes! Ok, so 8.5 isn't crazy small for most women, but compared to 10w they are!
I am no longer the fattest person in any given area anymore. When I go to my 5 year high school reunion this year I doubt I will be there either All through school I was always by far the heaviest person.
Skirts and (some) shorts are no longer the enemy. Neither are high heels.
People find me attractive?!
I no longer have to feel compelled to buy some article of clothing just because it's the only thing that fits. I can be a tad more choosy.
I am smaller than two of my friends, and another is less than 20 lb smaller than me.
I enjoy running and walking and jumping around and being young.
Oh yeah...I know about the sagging skin alright. When I lay down all my skin sinks to the bottom...LOL. Looks funny and I can see different bones.
I lost a few rings sizes also. And I can wear more shoes now...not just 6 1/2 WWW...I can fit in just a regular wide shoe like a 6D (Yeah....I have really small feet for a woman that's 5'5")
The boobs are there, but deflated. After 16 years together, it doesn't bother Chris.

I have the coldness in the arms and feet.
I am a bit saggier especially in my boobs.
I am trying really hard not to lose too much ass.
I can fit into designer 2X now. (Mens 2X clothes vary so much in size)
I was told that I seem happier now than before. I guess that entire jolly fat person thing is a myth.
