I stopped in at Casual Male Sunday afternoon to check out the clearance racks. I bought 4 shirts for about $33 each... that's not the squeeful part. The good part is, they're all 17 1/2 necks! The shirts I've been wearing are all 20s, and before the surgery, I was wearing 22s! Everyone's noticed a difference; just wearing clothes that fit properly has made me look thinner!

LOL I never knew how much proper fitting clothes could make the difference. I had some clothes that were too small that I got into and I wore them to work. People noticed then that I had lost weight. That was before surgery. Now they can still tell with my old clothes since they just hang more and more. Congrats on the accoplishment.

Isn't a smaller size a great motivator? Yeah, the scale numbers going down is cool, but when you can put your butt into a pair of pant that even CRISCO wouldn't have helped with before, or buy smaller shirts like you did, yeah, that's pretty cool. Congratulations and keep up with good work.
