Hello my friend... Thisngs are kinda boring around here....Cute young Kenny, had his lap band, and now I think he's off, losing and feeling wonderful How are things with you? Out weather sucks....85 one day, 35 the next...the whole town has the sniffles Russ

I am losing and feeling great but I haven't really been active on any of the boards but I am trying to get back into the rhythm... I guess now that I am not anxious about the surgery I have calmed down some.. except on the Sex Board... I found David the Queer there and I posted about how to get rid of the Gag Reflex.... What do you think Russ...you think you can be a sport and help me get rid of it??? I would really appreciate it!! lol

Now young Chicken Kenny..... What is you problem with a gag reflex....???? Do you have one...or needing practice to rid yourself of one....? I think I have a vague memory of a gag reflex...but it hasn't bothered me in years....kinda like acid reflux........ If you are trying to get rid of your reflex...all I can suggest is unhinge your jaw like a snake, You know some people that have that surgery that is supposed to help with snoring....uvelectomy...some **** like that.... some queens I know say that surgery completely removes the gag reflex.... hmmmmm would the insurance consider that cosmetic....I think it's a medical necessity... Russ

I definitely need to get some practice in!! You could guide me and teach me how to lose it the proper way... Doesn't that surgery change your voice?? If worse comes to worse that may be an option in the future...as for right now... I still have a few tricks up my sleeve!!
