It's Official

As of yesterday, (but I'd said it last week) I am now an official member of the 100 pound losers club. How cool! DVR was very pleased with the results and said I looked good and the weight loss process was progressing nicely. I probably weigh a little less because my cycle started today. I weighed in at 187 -- which my surgery weight was 287 -- I thought it was 286. But either way a 100 pounds is a 100 pounds and I'll take them or shall I say leave them.

Thanks Kenny and every one. Kenny you will get there and you will remember the last time you weighted 187. I remembered and I also remembered that the 187 I weighed was due to a large amount of JUNK IN MY TRUNK. Back then, as a police officer, I needed that extra junk -- I don't need it today. You will get there -- watch and see.
