I lost another pound...

I lost another pound since Sunday, but the surprise is my BMI. I am no longer obese. I'm overweight...plain old overweight!! I can hardly believe it. Weight = 174 BMI = 29.9

Yep, let's just be plan old overweight -- I like that. In a minute we're just goig to be plan ole skinny.
