Trying for another baby!!!

I couldn't have gotten a better holiday gift!!! My wonderful wife and I decided to start trying for another baby in January!! YEAHHHHH!!!!!! Since I am only 5 weeks out she is going to carry again. She carried our son who is now almost 2 and since we want to have 3 children decided that she would carry the second as well. When I am over 2 years out I will try to carry baby 3, I tried to get pregnant the first time, but having PCOS and being obese, well i just couldn't conceive. Anywhoo, just wanted to share my good news. It took us 3 months to conceive last time so hopefully in a few months we will be pregnant again!!! I'll update when i know! Shana

I am keeping my fingers crossed for you both! I love children, but am unable to have any. Hottie man husband & I went to fertility specialist for over a year. Took all the drugs, shots, inseminations, & nothing. Afterwards we checked out egg donors and adoption, but WAY out of our budget. Sending you positive energy from NY

I think its horrible that wonderful people who want nothing more than to have a child to love are unable to because of cost. There are so many children who desperately need loving families and they suffer because that loving family can't afford to go through all the legal and bureacratic fees. Nicole and I considered adoption but couldn't afford to go that route either. It makes me so sad.

Thanks Sean! Will do! We went out and got the prenatal to start today and all the other stuff as well so we are on our way. Probably TMI but we will start asap as we have a dear friend who was our donor for our son and he has agreed to help again so we do it all ourselves at home. We find it so much nicer than the thought of being in a clinical setting.

Good Luck! You're lucky you have someone to help. My son is an IVF baby, conceived after years of all kinds of not-niceness. PCOS sure does a number on you. I will be thinking of you. ~Shirley
