I'm excited about it and I wanted to share with all of you.
Now the real challenge begins. This is always where I stop when I'm losing weight. I feel good, I feel healthier, I slip back into bad habits. I refuse to let that happen this time. I will make it to goal. I'm down 59 lbs. in 4 months and I'm ecstatic about that.
I originally had my goal weight listed at 140, but I honestly think that is going to be too small for me. I changed my goal weight to 150. That may change in the future, but it's hard to envision a goal when you've never been that weight before.
Anyone else change you goal weight halfway through?
