Well it was back to the dealership today . I spent several hours there on Monday;-@ the service manager brian is a good guy. The dealership I bought it from is a good dealership . I had found the car....Over the internet. They secured the car for me. It is common for dealers to locate cars at different dealerships. Peters (the dealer I bought the car from) has not been a problem, they recieved this poorly put together car. I am mad at the dealership they got it from (nissan of marlboro) soo I met with brian and he said they would fix it... I told him I wanted to meet with a nissan of america rep. He was hesitant.. .I told him I would call nissan from his office. He heard my conversation and understood I was 1) trying to have nissan recognize this problem 2) have nissan or the other dealership accept financial responsiblities of the repairs 3) work out a resoultion with nissan of america that works for me...With out having to fight them.....And make sure that peters was not thrown under the bus by corporate. By the end of that meeting brian was behind me 110% the next day (tues) I got a call from "carol" she was the nissan of america's customer complaint rep......By the end of the conversation my biggest complaint was her treatment of me.......A coworker heard the conversation.....And her comment was "that person was not very helpful" dripping with sarcasm . I then called brian and left a message for him that I talked with carol "and she was not very warm and fuzzy" little did I know that he was on the phone with carol....And by the end of the conversation he was yelling at her (I know this is true...I have a friend that works at the dealership) o.K. Today I meet with the nissan of america rep......He was a cute 12 year old in a tie .....Well my 27 yo friend calls him "the young guy" we went over the car....I told him I had lost faith in the car.....We came to the agreement that they would "fix" all the defects and give me an extended warrante......But if the car had any more problems.....I would be done...And they would give me a new one.......So I named it humpty...And all the kings horses and all the kings men are trying to put him back together again......You know how the nursery ryhm ends......I am think my car story will have a simmilar ending my mom meets with the urologist at brigham and womens hospital tomorrow at 9:30 am........My hospital is physically connected to the brigham.....So I can be there if they admit her (which is very very likely)

2007 Nissan Versa sedan it was a one of the first cars of this tye produced, overall they are good cars. Yes it had 66 miles on it when I picked it up from teh dealership. They had gotten it from a dealer approx. 50 miles away from the dealership I bought it from. My Mom is at an appt. as I write this....I will keep the board updated...Sean

I have a '98 Nissan Maxima and other than the automatic lock breaking in the first 24 hours I had it, and a couple of the leather seats having huge cracks and holes in it, it's been fine. Of course I've only had it since April..
