UPDATE for my OH FAMILY

Ounce by ounce, I'm s l o w l y on the losing side again. I've lost a couple more lbs and am getting ever closer to the Century Club!!! More important. my dying friend Mary has turned loose her bitter hatred toward family members and has been forgiven!! God is working miracles in her life and I stand in awe that I'm privileged to be a part of this miracle!! Thank you Father, the Great Physician!! Another praise... my Sister Sharon and friends have finished the porch for Sister Susan and I can hardly wait to see it! I understand they did a fantastic job! Karla is an artist and very creative. She had never built a porch but just got to it and now it's finished. My hat's off to the Go To Girls!! Now it time to exercise, drink protein and get ready for church. Have a blessed day!!

Keep doing what you're doing. I'm not far from the century mark myself. When I thought about it -- I went WOW. I hope I'll reach it by the end of the year. I'm in a bowling league and we're having a New Year's Eve Party so I'm not going to get fitted for a tux until about mid December and maybe then I'll have reached the century mark myself. Tell the good Pastor hello for me.
