O.K. I got back from vacation and I was sure I had gained weight,,,,,but to my suprise I did not.....I had a big milestone.....I have dropped from the 250 notch on the scale to the 200 notch !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Vacation was great....but the cats are very happy we are home......
AACCKK!! I'm so jealous... I can't wait to move that block on the scale to the 200.

LUCKY LUCKY!! I remember when I dropped from the 300 to the 250 mark, I was beside myself. The 200 notch is calling to me..
