Hi fellow youngin! On the serious side here I did have more of a problem handling cold water after surgery and then I had a stricture this past week, but otherwise no issues swallowing ;)

A friend of mine posed this same question on another board and the response seemed to be in the positive. No problem. Someone even listed the nutritional countent of certain, uh, substances. So, worry not.

Jerry and I had surgery a couple of cays ago. We are not having trouble getting anything down, however cold liquids cause a little bit of of a sore feeling when they go down. Doug
