WEDNESDAY IS OUR BIG DAY!!!

Jerry and I have our big day on Wednesday, 10/31. We have two days of a clear liquid diet and then off the next stage. Excited, scared and ready! Wow, this is really happening. Thanks to all of you for your support. Doug

I really had a hard time with the two days of clear liquids--I was hungry all the time. Eat lots of jello, that helps a little. Good luck on the next step--it's a doozy!

good luck to you both. i had lap band 9-17-07. have my first fill on 11-5-07. i had clear liquids for one week after and full liquids a week afterthat. then purees for two weeks and soft mushies for two weeks. this week i finally started on the regular diet. was 248 on surgery day and am 230 now. been an amazing start to a long journey! good luck to you all. caroline
