Hi Kids, no I didn't leave this wonderful OH Place, just haven't posted anything for awhile. I've been lurking, reading all the posts and getting ready for my trip to the hospital. It's finally my turn. This wednesday October 10 I will have my RNY Surgery. Like all who went before me I'm very, very nervous but not scared. It's been a long time just to get to this point and I'm more than ready. I have made arrangements to take the rest of the year off and not go back to wor****il the middle of January. I think I might just be more exceited to have that much time off work. Anyways, please send your good thought and prayers, anything you have to give my way. Thanks to all of you who have supported me during this time and God Bless. I'll post again soon after I get home to let you all know how my adventure went. oh how wonderful!! congrats, congrats!!! this is so exciting isn't it? it's such an awesome and awe-inspiring journey to be on! be sure that you take pics each month (2 or 3 angles, full length) so you can compare them whenever you don't believe what you see in the mirror

and also, don't forget to take your measurements! sometimes that darn scale will play tricks on you and will say that you're not losing or even that your gaining but if you take your measurements you'll see that your body's just readjusting itself for a bit. good luck to you!! i hope everything goes perfectly and i'll be sending you plenty of blessings and light as you finally "begin" this journey
