6 years today since my surgery
I am doing the happy dance 
My life has been so much better since I had the WLS 6 years ago. I have had my hard times, like regaining some of the weight and then having to lose it again. Even after all these years I am still caught off guard when people refer to me as thin or lean. Regardless of where you are on this journey, know that it is worth it and you have to commit to making life changes. Before surgery I weighed 365 lost to 175 then over time I gained back to 225 and now I am 160 ( I am 6ft tall). Life is so good!

Congrats, Terry. You give me hope. I am 10 months out. Lost 126 lbs. was at 366 and now at 240. would love to get to 199. Been thru horrible side effects. Spent 2 months in hospital from malnutrition. Was in hospital twice in January for potassium and blood pressure almost bottoming out.
