Biggest change
Ok ladies and gents. Let's hear it. What is the biggest change you have notices since surgery.
My biggest change is that my knees don't hurt as bad. Don't get me wrong, they still hurt, but I'm able to go up the stairs without pulling myself up and I can go down the steps walking normally (I still have to hold on and brace myself).. Before, going down the steps, my one knee hurt so bad that I went down the stairs sideways using only one leg to step down.
So, what about you guys?

Hey Anunti Shelle...
My change is everything physical...I was one step before using the little car at Walmart...not i'm up and around...looking ofr stuff to do...and I seem to be happier...things don;t bother me as much as they used too...I guess inner peace

Being a newbie the biggest change I have noticed is...I do not hear my knees any more....One of my knees used to click and grind so much it was audible to others......Not now....
Hey Sean! Your surgery was the day after mine! How's your recovery been? The biggest thing I have noticed so far is the change in my face! Every time I look in the mirror, I think, OMG my face is so tiny. I feel like I have a pixie face. Probably does not look like that to anyone else, but it does to me. I lost 60 lbs pre-op and noticed some difference of course, but it seems more pronounced now.
