Vitamin Shoppe Sale & Digestive Enzymes

If you live in an area that has a Vitamin Shop; during the month of September is Customer appreciation month. When you purchase a vitamin shoppe brand you get the 2nd half-price. So go load up on your vitamins. I checked with a health and wellness expert regarding the gas that some of us continuously have after a meal and she suggested a Digestive Enzyme. I purchased a Multi-Enzyme before vacation and noticed the difference right away. I don't suggest these to people who are less than 2 months post-op -- unless you ground the tablets.

Regarding the digestive enzymes...approach with caution. If you NEED to absorb more from your food, you take those...so unless you are done losing weight you may want to avoid them. In case where a person has become malnourished due to malabsorption they give them digestive enzymes so they can get more nutrients from what theyre eating. Seriously- google it. As for the gas, Gas X , Tums and Pepto all work for me....no, not all at the same time LOL
