What do you plan on eating there? I'm still too nervous to eat out. I won't try anything new unless I'm home. You just never know. Rachelle

Well...I guess it depends on what you are going to have....you know the only one that will suffer is you.....you are what 2 weeks out....I still had NO desire fore food,,,,you may find that you are mourning the companionship of the resturant....and dining took up a big part of my life....when I had surgery...we had to talk to each other,,,,, what are you planning on having....at about 10 days, I wanted a scrambled egg...one bite did me...that was enough.... chat back with me sean.... Sounds yummy. I'm glad you enjoyed "your" restaurant, and some of the food that you like. I don't have any experience with how you "banders" feel other than through here. I had a RNY. I'm still not hungry, and some foods taste--bizarre.

Sean, Hello, how far out are you and what surgery did you have. I originally had an RNY and when that failed I was revised to DS, my stomach is still in the RNY configuration, but the rest is DS. I would think that "what" you eat would matter way more than "where" you eat. When I was in Brazil, we ate out every day after I got out of the hospital, I ate a lot of soups and a few bites of other things I wanted to try...chewed them up really well. I also did a lot of eating off of friends plates...so take a friend out and nibble off of their plate...lol. Lori
