Hi everyone, My name is Sophia & I have been a member since 2003 and had surgery 10/22/2004. since then so much has happened and I have gotten lost in the mist of it all. I am trying now to get back into this site so I can get myself back on track! When I started out my journey this site help me so much with support and everything So I figured this was the place to start again. My I started out at 374lbs and my weight now is 215lbs. with some weight gain of 10lbs. I need and want to go backwards and start fresh so that I can get this weight back in motion and hopefully lose at least 40 more lbs. I know before there were some post on dieting and a menu that was being past around so that you could get back on track. I was wondering if anyone knew what the menu is should I start back off with just liquids? I know I have slacked off with taking my vitamins, calcuim, iron etc.. so I have already gotten back into taking that. I NEED HELP!!!!! My mind is running but I am not sure if its going in the right direction. Any advice would be greatfully appreciated. I have also relocated since my surgery and was wondering if anyone was in the Greensboro or surrounding areas in north carolina. I would love to have some local support and find some places to go for groups support as well. trying to find new things to do,places to go to occupy my mind when I am not at work. Thanks for listening I hope to be able to connect with everyone

Hi there, Sophia! (I love that name, it is so pretty!)... Yes, there is a "Back On Track" program and dietary guidelines that really works. I have the whole thing available in an Adobe PDF file. It is super easy to follow, you get to eat a LOT of food, and the weight really does come off! If you would like it, please send me a private message with your email address and I will have it sent to you right away Please have a terrific day!! Hi Sophia. The important thing is that you are asking for help and support. You are on the right track and this is definitely the place to get that support. Rachelle

Thank you so much mike . I read the article and also printed it so I can keep it on hand. I have decided to start fresh on monday and just take on day at a time. I did have a question for everyone, I work as a cashier and I wanted some advice on how everyone make sure they get there daily allowed meals in all day? I am on my feet and I get one break (10 min) or lunch depends on how many hours I work( anywhere from 4 to 8 hrs). I cant just go and eat a snack or even my meals when ever I want or need to. does anyone have any suggestions on how to implement these into my work schedule? I should also say that normally I just dont eat anything all day or I will eat a fruit and drink some water or a diet pepsi when I get my break. when I had my orginal surgery I worked from home so taking the proper steps was very easy. now I just feel lost there is also a women who works at my job that had the gastric bypass as well but I didnt want to come on to strong about asking her what she does to maintan being that I just found out I didnt want to come off as to intrusive. Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated Thank you everyone Sophia
