I spoke with Ann last night and she is in good spirits and was about to get up and move about. She is excited about what lies ahead. I've know Ann for a number of years and she has a most beautiful spirit. She is the type of person that anyone would be blessed to know. Keep her in your daily prayer and meditation time. Peace,

I am home. I didn't realize how hard it would be to take care of myself. I just can't get out of bed fast enough to go pee. I have been called kinky before but I don't like the sensation of urine running down my leg. My bathroom is just yards from the bed. Please hold a good thought that I recover by Aug 14 so I can go back to work. Thank you all

Well, I'm still awake and had my Outlook open so I recv'd the notification that you had posted. Just do what you feel --if there is someone available to come and assist you during the day -- let them or ask them. After my surgery the nurse from the insurance company kept calling to make sure I was getting up and walking every couple of hours -- accept at night. So consider this a call from the insurance nurse. Oh and if they gave you pain meds -- take them at night so you can sleep. I took liquid Tylenol during the day. Well, back to homework.
