Tuesday Check-In: How are we all eating today?
Hey there, Gang!
As usual, I am BACK to check in with everyone on our daily eating and out great food choices! How are we all eating today?
I am having a GREAT day so far - just finishing up my lunch, woo hoo!
WAKE-UP
1 cup of coffee with 1/2 cup of EAS Chocolate Protein Shake and a couple of Sweet-n-low packets.
After waiting 40 minutes.....
BREAKFAST
2 servings of Egg Beaters Western Omelet
4 Strips of Hormel Pre-Cooked Bacon
Later at work:
1 bottle of Fruit-2-O Grape Flavored Water
After waiting 40 minutes.....
LUNCH
4-ounce Lemon-Herb Tuna Steak
1 Cup of steamed Fresh Asparagus
After waiting 40 minutes.....
1 cup of coffee with 1/2 cup of EAS Chocolate Protein Shake and a couple of Sweet-n-low packets.
Well, there you have it folks! So far, so good! Great on protein, low on fat and super low on carbs! Yay!

Here is my menu for the day.............
Breakfast: Weight control oatmeal
Snack: Carb/Sugar control yogart
Lunch: South beach frozen dinner.. chicken caprese & broccoli
Snack: Fresh frui****ermelon, cantaloupe and grapes
Dinner: Hot wings & Salad
Snack: Protein hot chocolate
I've had plenty of SF Kool aid and propel today.
