Here I am again, just checking-in with how we are all eating today! WOO HOO! Here we can share our ideas for meals and such, and just celebrate our good health!
Here I am for today, SO FAR:
WAKE-UP
1 Cup of coffee with 1/3 can of EAS Chocolate Fudge Protein Shake & 4 Sweet-n-lows.
and Again - I repeated this drink a second time.
Waited 40 minutes.
BREAKFAST
2 servings of Egg Beaters Western Omelet Egg Substitute
4 Slices of Hormel Pre-Cooked Bacon
Waited 40 minutes.
16-ounce bottle of Fruit-2-O, down the hatch! LOL
Waited 40 minutes.
LUNCH
Hi-Lo Tuna Noodle Casserole Meal
1/2 Cup Season Turnip Greens mixed with 1TBSP of my sweet mustard sauce that I mentioned earlier - delicious!
TOTAL NUTRITION SO FAR TODAY - WOO HOO! - - IS:
430 Calories
15 g Fat
14 g Carbohydrates
55 g Protein
I am working on that protein total! I know I will hit well over 100-120g by bed time! WOO HOO!!!!!
