On the Bus!!!

This past Saturday I took a one day bus trip to Atlantic City. The last time I was on a bus trip was August of last year from Baltimore to Foxwood Connecticut with a surgically repaired thumb in a sling and on ice. The seats on that bus where very comfortable with a lot of leg room so at that time the ride was comfortable. This particular ride though was INCREDIBLE. Why? I COULD WALK DOWN THE ISLE IN THE BUS WITHOUT TURNING SIDEWAYS -- How cool was that! My left knee still aches though from sitting for long periods of time so as I loose the weight and strengthen my knees; hopefully that will eventually go away. Today people at church where saying WOW you've lost so much weight. While in the ladies room, I had an opportunity to look in the full length mirror that runs along the wall and said WOW -- that's the NaDine people are seeing now -- WOW! The7thdean
