A 150 lb. day!!
Haven't been posting much lately. I went through a plateau that lasted more than 7 weeks (gaining and losing the same 2 pounds) and was feeling frustrated. Finally, it broke and the scale is slowly but steadily moving down again. (More calories/day, more protein and decreased exercise and I started losing again - go figure).
At any rate - today I weighed 150 lbs. less than I did at my first consult on May 30, 2006. Since I lost 51 prior to surgery that means I'm only 1 lb. away from the 100 lb. mark since surgery.
What a great adventure this is!!

Congrats Steve on breaking the plateau. They can be a killer. I got a jump start on my recent plateau by having hernia surgery 2 weeks ago today. I dropped down to 294 since I have been home. I think the last time I weighed 2-something was junior high school. Down 223 pounds since surgery plus the 13 I lost prior for a total of 236. This has truly been a life saver for me.
