Struggling
Looks like I'm gaining weight again. My partner doesn't seem to think it's a big deal and maybe it isn't. I just can't seem to get this last twenty pounds off. It's frustrating. But...I am down to a size ten. Maybe I should just think of it as a shift from fat to muscle. Not sure.

Hey Sheryl. I think you need to pat yourself on the back for a job well done. What are you doing differently that's causing you to gain? Too many carbs, not enough exercise, too much wine. Just tossing some things out there.
I say, keep eating healthy and exercising and not stress over the last 20 lbs. You'll get it off, I know you will.

I gained 2 lbs. too but I dropped from a size 14 to a 12 too! I don't understand it but I'll take it. For the past month, my weight is anywhere between 187 and 190.
I have heard that our bodies will get to a point and gain back a few lbs. before settling. I don't know if it's true or not.
Hang in there, get your protein in, drink plenty of water and exercise. I'm sure you will loose the last 20 lbs.
