Today was a day..that I ate everything in sight (not bad things..but still ate)...Cereal bars (100 calorie kind), some pretzels, crackers, etc. Just food... real bad day... Why??? Well today during school we were put in lock down...a suspected murderer came into the building...and one issue led to another... quite a stressful sitauation.... if you are interested in what seems like a typical day theses days...here is the site...

thanks for the friendship... Right now, I could really use it... feeling very alone at the moment...
Hey Daniel,
Saw that on ABC2News this evening -- too scary and school administration should only allow adults as far as the office and keep them in sight the entire time.
Just keep your chin up, pay attention to your surroundings and notify school administration of any persons lurking around with which you aren't familiar. Now not only do you guys have to watch out for kids who may jump off the hook, you gotta watch for everyone.
I don't understand why the various county police departments don't make frequent passes through out the day to the various schools in their district. They're on patrol and it doesn't take the entire shift to work through the schools. When I was a police officer I did it on a daily basis -- especially in the mornings and during midday and when school was letting out. All these excuses about lack of manpower to patrol the schools is BS.
