It has been a year!

Okay, I know I haven't been posting much lately, but I do read posts on a regular basis. On April 10th, it was a year since my surgery...a lot has happened in that year. A lot of changes. But the best change is I am a much healthier person than I was before it, and I will never regret my decision to have the surgery... For those of you who are thinking about having the surgery...it has been the best thing I could have done for myself...my diabetes is gone, my blood pressure is under control and I no longer have the health issues....I am looking forward to a happy and healthy future...140 lbs gone forever and only 25 more till goal
