Update

Sorry I've been invisible the last week or two. A little down over the work situation, and a little stressed (the old job didn't pay me for the last week I worked, which makes things REEEEEAL tight ). However, I now have a regular schedule with my friend, and we're already talking about full-time/permanent/partnership. I lost another 9.7 lbs this week, for a total of 36.2 in 4 weeks. I moved down 2 sizes in slacks, and had to go buy a new belt because the old one was too big. The next-size-down dress shirts are still just a wee bit snug in the chest, so I'll wait another week or two before moving to those. I'm still struggling with what I can and can't eat, and how much and how fast - I find I'm "reviewing inputs" at least once a day because I ate too much or too fast. However, I was CRAVING sausage and peppers this past week, so I got a bunch of turkey sausage and made myself a big crockpot full! I'm a happy camper. Next up, crockpot choucroute garni (sauerkraut and smoked sausage - I'll use a turkey kielbasa).
