Had my surgical consult...
And I have a date!! I'm trying not to get excited because we still have to wait for insurance to go through, but I've got a good feeling about this. My tentative date is.......June 18. They were actually looking to schedule me a little earlier, but my cardiologist said I have to wait a year from my heart attack and we all know that my cardiologist's word is the law.
Anyway, I'm going to sit patiently, get all my tests done and wait for insurance to approve. Keep your fingers crossed kids. I've been hoping for this for a long time.

I'm very happy for you and I know how you feel about waiting for the insurance approval before you get too excited. My surgeon's office did it the other way around, insurance first -- date second. However; we are going to claim the insurance approval in Name of Jesus and believe its done.
Yes, do as the cardiologist advises and after you have this surgery -- your heart is going to be such a happy heart. My heart is so happy, I'm 
and giggling all the time. My partner just looks at me and gets this big smile on her face -- looking at me like a pork chop. Trust me Purple -- you will be so tickled after your surgery. Yesterday I walked by our mirror and had to stop and look at the person I was seeing in the mirror.
