Fired

My employment with the clinic has been terminated. There have been multiple complaints about my interactions with patients, which is one of the reasons I started therapy. However, the changes I've made have been insufficient to the task, and the clinic has decided that they no longer want me working for them. I have a couple of leads on possibilities. They have agreed to waive the restrictive covenant in my contract (my contract says I am not allowed to work within 3 miles of the clinic). Also, even though they are technically firing me for cause, they have agreed not to contest an unemployment filing. In the meanwhile, I will contact a locum tenens agency I know and see if there are any temp positions available.

Randy, Sorry to hear about your job,don't let it get you down..in the future you will see that they did you a favor..giving you the opportunity for a complete fresh start, oh and congrats on the great weight loss...the weight will be gone before you know it.. Huggs Randy
