The Self Challenge

Saw this on Good Morning America the other day and thought I'd share: Go to www.self.com and register for the self challenge and you can get 2 free week VIP membership at your local Gold's gym. I figure -- what the heck. I've got two weeks before I go back to work and Gold's have some workout machines in their facility that aren't in the apartment complexes fitness center. So hey ya'll -- let's give this a try -- its only going to cost us some time and will help those who feel as if they've fallen off the wagon get back on. I will be back on here on Friday, March 9th after my trip to Gold's and I will have an update as to their process. Yes, I know they are going to try and sell me a membership -- I've been a member with them before but because I moved away there wasn't one close to me. However, the word NO is definitely in my vocabulary and I'm not a sucker they will see coming.
