My major WOW.................................................
Hey everyone,
I know I don't post very often but I do log on everyday and keep up to date and ready to offer any help I can. Well, 2 days ago on my 4 month anniversary I stepped on the scale and "BAM" I hit 100lbs lost since my surgery and 140lbs total since I started this GREAT journey back in July. I am now down to a weight were most people start the WLS trip and I feel GGGGRRREEEAAATTTTT. I still have a ways to go but it's only going to get easier. Thanks to everyone on here for the inspiration to get through the hardest part which was the unknown. To all the pre-op and fence sitters out there, this is the BEST gift you can give yourself.
(even my bagpipe playing has improved)

Hey Paul - Congratulations!! Great job!
Also answering your other post - yep, I'm around. Been having some struggles lately - just a variety of stuff. Down 122 since May 30 and 71 since surgery but it had really slowed down the last 6-7 weeks which is frustrating me to no end. But, the sugery team suggested I get my thyroid checked again and sure enough the levels are off and my meds needed to be increased - that might make a difference. Guess as long as I keep moving down it's all good.
Glad to hear all is well with you - stay in touch.
