2nd week update

Wanted to take a quick minute to do a update,this is week 2 for me since surgery started at 426.8 Iam now 389.2 ,I am having lots of issues getting the food in It hurts when I eat and Iam eating very slow normally takes 30 mins ,I cant eat very much ,I have absolutely no appetite,Iam scared now to eat because I dont like the full feeling,imagine that lol.On the bright side I have a ton more energy.The swelling is cmpletely gone in my legs and ankles.I made myself completely sor etwo days ago we were out looking for a apartment and I did a ton of walking and even did several flights of stairs without thinking about it,needless to say the next day the calves of my legs reminded me what I had done lol.Any thoughts or ideas are greatly appreciated.Please keep me in you prayers.And please pray that I lose my obsession wih the scale . Hi Teresa It sounds like your doing good. The no appetite is normal. Trust me, it will come back later on. If the hurting continues, ask your surgeon about it just to play it safe. I'm sure it's just that full feeling. I was the same way in the beginning. My only suggestion with the scale is to hide it and pick one day a week to weigh. That's exactly what I had to do. I keep it under the bed and I picked Mondays to be my weigh in day. Keep up the great work and enjoy all the energy! It's only gets better from here. Kay 450/388/209/175
