a little favor

Some of you know that I am having knee surgery, well today is the day. My surgery is in 3 hours. I am in need of some good thoughts today. I did not think I would be nervous, but I am. I leave for the hospital in an hour and should be back later this afternoon. At least I do not have stay there for any length of time.
