Tell Me Why I Don't Like Mondays 12/4 QOTD

Happy Monday Morning Kids! Hope everyone is doing well. Here's today's QOTD. Do you believe in mediums? If so, have you ever been to one and how was your experience. While I do believe that we can have contact with the "other side", I'm very skeptical of scam artists. We did go this weekend to see a medium that my SIL frequently goes to. She did hit a few sensitive areas that wouldn't be common knowledge to anyone or anything that could be "generic", and it was very comforting to think that my grandma was there. The way she was saying my grandma was coming through was just how she was. We have another appointment next month so we can see if we really think that this woman is on the up and up. We were nervous this time...next time we will ask more questions. Rachelle

Hey there Rachelle! I do believe in Mediums, but like you I am skeptical of scams. For instance I know everyone loves that John Edwards guy but I think he is kind of a phoney. His method doesn't seem real. My friend Suz saw a woman here in Charleston that is really fantastic. She was very good and right on the money about so many things. What I liked about her was she didn't encourage Suz to come back. She just simply said I am here if you need me. Now I know this is there job and all, but still it seems like they can sometimes pray on folks. So just be careful, you all work hard for your money and ask yourself how much is this really helping you. That is what it boils down to!

I'm always cautious. I find a lot of what is said to be generic. But I do agree, Cam, what I like about this woman is that 1. she didn't sugar coat the stuff that wasn't so nice and 2. She gave me her card and told me to call her anytime with questions. 3. Without anything being said to her about me and Chris being together (we went at separate times) there were many things that linked us that I don't think she even realized.

Nope don't believe I think God is the only one can predict and set the future. I do how ever believe that your deceased loved one can come to you in spirit when you are in need.

Yes, I do believe in mediums. I am a Wiccan and it is part of my religion. I have done Tarot readings for others. I agree that there are scam artist out there just like there are in other areas of life. However, I think that most people who claim to be psychic or a medium, are legitimate, but you still have to be careful. Just my opinion.
