a small update

Just wanted to let you all know that I am alive and well. I have been so busy with school and getting ready to graduate. On the health side of things I am having knee surgery December 22. They are going to try and scrape some arthritis out of my one knee to see if it helps me. I will eventually need a knee replacement on both knees, but he would like to put that off as long as possible because I am young. OK so the thought of surgery has me scared. I just keep telling myself that if it will help me be able to be more active, it is ok. Well hope you all are well. Take care Erin

You must be getting excited that you will soon be graduating - that's a great accomplishment! Hopefully they can do the knee surgery arthroscopically? If so, can they do it with twilight anesthesia vs. general? Steve
