Cold, Flu, and Allergy Season

Hey all! I just wanted to remind everyone that the cold, flu, and indoor allergy season is upon us! Please be mindful that post nasal drip (where your nose drains down the back of your throught into your stomach) can be a serious issue for anyone with a small pouch. It is slimy and slow moving, it will limit your intake and can cause dumping. It almost put me in the hospital last year. The drainage prevented me from eating. So please be very careful. We don't need any unnecessary hospitalizaions for something like this. Take your airborn, zicam, vitamin C, etc... especially if people around you are getting sick. Let's avoid the cold and allergies this year if at all possible.

Wow, Cam. That's something I never thought of. I will keep it in mind for when I'm finally on the losers side. I would hate to see my bad sinuses cause such a problem. Thanks. Rachelle
