Proteinex

Hey Family, I don't know about the rest of you, but I HATE protein shakes, protien juices, protien bars, etc... I can't stand the taste of a south beach pizza, I have become the most fickle eater EVER! So this is going to sound like an infomercial, but I foudn this stuff - Proteinex here on OH in the store. I went to thier website to learn more about it, www.llorenspharm.com, and you can order free samples of it. Now it comes in liquid and caspel form. I only got the liquid. It is not yummy, it does not taste good, and you won't love it... HOWEVER, it is two table spoons of "medicine" that gives you 15 grams of prediegested sugar free protein. I know when you need between 60 and 80 grams a day 15 doesn't seem like a lot, but it really does help. I take it religiously with my vitamins and follow it with hot coffee or sugar free spiced cider... Also when I got my sample, they were generous. They sent me 5 1oz bottles. Thank you Cam, I am one who just can't do protein. I can't do the shakes I can't do the bars. I try to eat as much protein I can in my food. I will go to the website and check it out. I need all the protein I can get, so my hair will start growing back.

Thanks for sharing Cam. I am one of the few that likes protein shakes. I have two a day. There is no way I'd get enough protein in without them and I have found a couple that are actually good. Anyway, I'm always open to try new things so I ordered a sample. Kay
