QOTD 10/17
Hello Family!
Today's question of the day is going to be helpful to us all, something some of us are doing, some of us aren't doing, some of us should do more, and some of us can probably give the rest of us tips on...
How are you getting in your exercise?

I go to the gym usually three times a week, but honestly sometimes only two! Some weeks I get in four but not as often as I should. I basically just use the cardio equipment. I warm up on the tread mill, then I spend 10 minutes on the Eliptic Machine, 10 minutes on the Exercise Bike, 10 Minutes on the Stair Climber, and I warm down on the tread mill again. I would like to get into a better variety of stuff, but I am not coordinated enough for a class and the weights worry me.
Happy Tuesday!
Just getting started here. I have walked to/from work for years and am continuing to do so. It's just a little less than a mile each way. But it's a lot easier now than it has been in a while. I've also started adding some 1.5 mile walks on the weekends.
I will soon, however, get back to the gym. There have been times in my life when I was pretty hooked on a regular routine at the gym and want to get back to that place again. Being patient with myself and giving myself time to get that added to my program though.

almost 3 years out now, and got into the exercise routine real early and fast....so I still ride 20 miles a day, either on a regular bike on the road or on an indoor trainer....
plus a series of workout routines that I mix up throughtout the year, usually 30-40 min each morning before work...I mean.. I dont eat breakfast anymore...so I may as well exercise...right?
And when the weather is good, I usually get out on the water and kayak at least 3-4 days a week...
then throw in the walking 5 miles a day..religiously
Granted..sounds like a lot...but its developed over the years and is part of my new life..plus throw in the fact that i live in a place that has great weather 360 days a year, and I only live 5 miles from work and its very rideable...well then....
