Thanks for sharing my moment with me

WOW ! You look great !! I love the before and after pictures on this site. I am pre-op hoping to get approved now that I am going on my partners insurance. The before and after pictures and the people who let us peek into their lives really keep people like me going. It would be so hard to keep hope if others weren't there to show us how much it is worth it to keep fighting.
I appreciate you sharing your updates and pictures with us.

Your very welcome, Dannielle. Thank YOU for taking the time out to look and share my moment with me. I love this site becasue it's nice to know that there are others out there in my shoes, going through what I'm going through.
Keep fighting for what you want. This surgery improved my life for the better and is so worth fighting for.
Good luck and keep us updated on you.
Take Care
Kay
Thanks Sherry!
I still eat very small amounts, just 6 times a day. I've been told that I need to eat more but I am so afraiid of eating more and scretching my pouch. My surgeon's rule is.. Eat 6 small meals a day or 3 meals with 2 protein shakes.
I do a "whatcha eating" post on the January board everyday so if you ever wanna peak over there to see what I'm eating, just stop bye.
~My breakfast is either a protein shake or 1 egg or eggbeaters and 2 strips of turkey bacon
~If I have a shake for breakfast, I'll have yogart for snack. i like the carb/sugar control yogart. If I eat breakfast, my snack will be a protein shake.
~Lunch is usually tuna or chicken salad (1/4 C.) made with ff mayo, onion and relish on lettuce. Rarely I eat a sandwitch but today I had one and it was so good. 1 Low carb wheat bread, ham, cheese and ff mayo. Or a salad with ham, tukey, rf cheese, cucumbers and lite ranch.
~2nd snack .. beef jerky, cheese stick, yogart or another protein shake if I'm hungry. some people don't do shakes but they help keep me full.
~ Dinner.. baked fish, chicken or hamburger pattie. with salad or steamed broccoli
~I try to avoid late night snacks becasue it's my weak point with eating. I snack on SF popsicles at night often. If I don't have the second shake after lunch, I'll have one in the evening.
I'm strict with myself with food because I know food is what got me up to 450 lbs. at one point and I know I still have 65 lbs. til goal.
Sometimes I get bored with eating the same things over and over again but being in a size 18/20 is worth it! That's what i tell myself.
