My surgeon told me to not count calories. I asked him twice about it and he just said to focus on protein and water so that's what I do. His rule is 2 protein shakes a day or 6 small meals. I usually do 3 meals with 2 shakes sometimes less. I'm eating between 650 and 750 now. I just eat and at the end of the day, calculate what I've ate on fitday.com. I've tried to make myself eat more to get more calories in but with no apitite it's hard.
I walk 1.5 miles every evening after dinner so that's another reason I'm afraid to up my calories. I don't do any major working out like at a gym.
